Fitnessman Studios specializes in providing personal training services in a private setting. Each session is carried out in total privacy, just you and your trainer. There are no distractions like those you would find at local health clubs and gyms. After your workout, take as much time as you like in our private shower and dressing area. We can provide you with all the amenities (body wash, bath-sized towels, shampoo, deodorant) if you need them.

At Fitnessman Studios, we will work with you to define your specific fitness goals and develop a plan to achieve them at a pace that is comfortable for you. Whether you are looking to lose weight, condition for your favorite sport or improve your aerobic fitness, Fitnessman Studios offers a variety of services to help you achieve the healthy lifestyle you want.

You don’t have to worry about crowded locker rooms or waiting to use a machine. The gym is all yours. You can even choose the music you want to hear. Bring your own CD if you like.
