Our experienced training staff are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Instructors and also as Nationally Certified Massage Therapists and have been providing personal training services since 1996.

At Fitnessman Studios, each session is carried out in total privacy - just you and your trainer. There's no distractions, waiting for machines, crowds, or any of the other nuisances you'll find at large, popular health clubs and gyms. You choose the music. Bring your own CD if you like - the gym is all yours. After your workout, take as much time as you like in your private shower and dressing area. We even can provide the towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, deodorant.
